Trained at the School of Fine Arts in Italy, after a career in communication and music, I now dedicate myself to the creation of ceramic objects between design and craftsmanship starting from the casting technique. as practiced in Limoges. I chose porcelain, a material that evokes a world made up of shapes, whiteness and apparent fragility and translucency.
I experiment with a large number of techniques, I develop my production in balance between shaping my projects and the constant challenge imposed by a pretentious and living material like porcelain. My research targets the production of organic and vibrant surfaces.
Anchoring myself on traditional know-how and developing my own techniques, I focus my production and my creativity on my relationship with porcelain, a resistant material that fascinates me with its softness and solidity.
In balance between the constant challenge imposed by a demanding material like porcelain and my search for organic and living surfaces, I produce either unique pieces or small series that I bake at 1320°, in a gas oven, a complex practice that adds a subsequent challenge to the success of my creations.
